Hello. I cannot reproduce this bug yet as files and directories in
hidden directories are found (I also tested you "places.sqlite"
example). Can you attach a screenshot of your search-tool-screen? I
assume you probably have not added the "search in hidden..." option
though you have selected it (you need to select it and add it - two
steps).
