Hi. Thanks for the bug report.
Maybe you are not in the 'admin' group. Try to log in with the user that
installed the system and add your login to admin group. You can do this
in terminal window, with the command:
sudo adduser <your_login> admin
After doing this, logoff and login again and see if those menu items are
there.
Don't forget to tell us if it worked.
