I just installed Exaile and pointed it to my /home/<user>/Music folder
where I stored my songs.
When I tell it to scan the library, I see at bottom right corner of the
status bar the # of songs growing but after the scan is due, only the
files that are in /home/<user>/Music folder remain. Files that are in
the sub folders (which are the big majority of files) do not appear.
