Ah, OK, so the problem seems to be one UUID identification.   OK, so
this could be a blkid problem --- or the filesystem could just be
corrupted enough that the UUID isn't identifying.   We need to see the
output of "sudo /sbin/blkid", and "ls -l /dev/disk/by-uuid", please.
