I don't have a gnome account (and a lot of time), so I was hoping
someone else could do that for me...

 * But basically the top most line that follows '#' shows the file in tree in 
yelp.
 * The grammar and spelling errors start from the first line of the yelp page.
 * The lines which begin in '-' show what is currently on the page, the '+' 
lines show what the above lines should be replaced with (specifically things 
which are not " signs), and ' " ' shows that what's already there is acceptable.
