Comments:
- This is a daemon running as root, written in C, downloading stuff from the
internet. I'd like to get a thorough security review for that first. Subscribed
ubuntu-security.
- The daemon is started by default, but the socket is root:dirmngr 770, thus
normal users cannot even access it by default. Thus I seriously doubt the
"always works out of the box". I think this needs some better system
integration first.
