Binary package hint: compiz
If the move plugin is enabled and the Y constraint option is set to off
to allow it to move windows beyond the upper limit of the screen, compiz
creates new windows (e.g. new Firefox windows or new Gajim chats) at the
upper border, hiding the window decoration under the gnome-panel.
I expected the window decoration to be visible as it's the case when the
Move plugin is not enabled, the Y constraint option is set or when
metacity is run.
