When I say that pidgin uses 100% cpu all the time I mean that something
causes it to use 100% and from them on it uses 100% cpu. However if I
shut pidgin down (it does respond quite promptly to SIGTERM) and then
restart it then it will not use 100% cpu for a while. However, this does
appear to be a daily occurrence.

Early on for some reason I felt this might have something to do with
pidgin's logging feature though I'm not sure why I thought that.
However, after writing the previous paragraph I wonder if this could
some how be related to trackerd.
