SYMPTOMS: Warning Incomplete Language Support. Clicking on it triggers
a window to open informing you of the issue clicking on the fix problem
button, opens up a window with English greyed out. Clicking on install
does nothing
CAUSE: Unknown
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1/ install Kubuntu
2/ see the warning bulb on the task bar
3/ follow the steps to resolve the issue
4/ note the warning is still there till you reboot
