some time to triage the bug, there is hundred of desktop bugs open every week and not so much triagers, it can take some weeks or months before having your issue triaged, you can open the bug directly on bugzilla.gnome.org if you want though so people writting the sofware will read it. the issue is similar to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213072
