Thanks Fabien for your reply. Here's the case:
I downloaded SeaMonkey from Ubuntu's repository, but it was version 1.1.9. Every time I open SeaMonkey it shows me a warning message from SeaMonkey website saying: "You're using an old stable version of SeaMonkey (1.1.9), while we offer a newer version which contains important security fixes". I downloaded version 1.1.12 offered on the site and that's the one I can't install due to the error showed on the attached image (the non-English part states: "it's not possible to open shared objects file: file or folder not found"). Is there a solution for that? Thanks, Marcelo Todaro Fabien Tassin escreveu: > You are talking about the installer, so I assume this is not about the Ubuntu > package, right? > If this is indeed an upstream build, try to use the Ubuntu package instead so > we can support you. > If you prefer the upstream build, then you should ask for help there.
