thanks for the report, I don't get the effect you're seeing there,
clicking once at the up arrow just move it a bit up and stay there no
shaking here, could you try to reproduce it with Intrepid? are you
seeing this behavior with another application like epiphany or gedit?
maybe having a screencast would help to see what's the issue, thanks.
