Binary package hint: cheese
When starting Cheese, it creates two "Webcam" directories:
One in home, and another in the "~/Imagini" directory.
The directories are created immediately on cheese start-up, not when
actually saving an image.
The images are saved in the "~/Imagini/Webcam" and the "~/Webcam"
directory remains empty.

XDG_DOCUMENTS_DIR="$HOME/"
XDG_PICTURES_DIR="$HOME/Imagini"
