Public bug reported:
I have installed Hardy. I tried to get 2 rows on bottom panel but
changing the height do nothing just, the windows butoons just got taller
even after making the height more than 50. What makes this work for me
is to change the "show windows for all workspaces" in Window list
preferences and then switch it back to "show windows for current
workspace". Now it works fine. when height is 50 there are 2 rows
