My steps to reproduce this bug are following:
1) In terminal write 'network-admin' or alternatively click 'Network' in menu
2) Click 'Unlock' button and enter your password in order to gain superuser 
privileges
3) Click 'Hosts' tab
4) Click one of the hosts lines
5) And finally click 'Properties'

Then network-admin crashes.

My hosts file is standard one. Only added some space-separated names for
127.0.0.1

I'm using Intrepid 8.10.
