Lets see if I can make myself more clear.

*yes it is reproducible

*Reproduction:
1) put a standard single layer blank dvd disc in dvd burning drive
2) on the desktop right click 'Blank DVD-ROM Disk' and select 'Open with
"CD/DVD Creator"'
3) A nautilus window opens that says 'CD/DVD Creator'. Drag into this window
over 4.3 GB of data as reported by nautilus.
4) click 'Write to Disc' -> an error will occur leaving the message
Reload a rewritable or blank disc
Please replace the disc in the drive with a supported disc with at least 4.4
GiB free. The following disc types are supported:
DVD+R DL

*nautilus reports 4.5GB (I'm using a different amount of data than when
first reported). The error message reports I need a disc with at least
4.4GiB free. The disc says on itself that it is 4.7GB.

My confusion with this error message is that I did not understand at
first that my DVD was too small. Changing the title of the error message
to something like 'Not Enough Space On Disc' would solve this.

I think a part of the issue is due to the different ways to measure of
data, base 2 or base 10 this unfortunately will forever plague us.
