according to your xorg.conf file, your system is not using any nvidia driver. try the following: * alt+f2 to run open the run command dialog * type "gksu jockey-gtk" without the quotes " * type your password, if asked for it * see if nvidia is listed in the list of drivers offered by the program * if nvidia is there and marked red, then it is disabled, click on it, and click "activate" * if more than one nvidia is present, activate the one with the highest version number * when you're done, click close and reboot the computer.
