License Issue: Non-GPL-compatible, but probably workable - a Google
search shows that we have CECILL software in the Ubuntu repositories
already.
Packaging issue: Downloading requires registration. Unable to locate any
online source.
Language Issue: Any packager working this must be fluent in French.
Not currently in Ubuntu or Debian.
