In the past, driver packages would declare which ABI they provide, and
later versions of xserver-xorg-video-core could conflict with these.
Indeed, nvidia-glx-71 *currently* declares such a field:

 Package: nvidia-glx-71
 Provides: nvidia-glx, xserver-xorg-video-2.9

Should xserver-xorg-video-core conflict with xserver-xorg-video-2.9?
