Public bug reported:
I attempted to boot with the ubuntu 8.10 live cd and received the following:
ISOLINUX 3.63 Debian-2008-07-15
with a flashing command prompt but the live cd failed to boot. I verifed the
MD5SUM
and it was correct for the ISO. My computer is a HP Pavillion dv6000 Intel
centrino Duo. I was last able to boot with
ubuntu 8.10 beta alpha 5 and was unsuccessful with alpha 6 and the beta.
What can i do to troubleshoot ?
