I'm also seeing this problem on my Compaq cq20 running Hardy 32bit.
There's this strange thermal zone censor called "FDTZ" that's reporting
a 93 Celsius temperature after resume from suspend. And I'm almost sure
it's not as hot as it reports. Coz it was around 40 degrees before
suspend.
To Leann: how can i install the 2.6.27 kernel in hardy? I can't find
this package in the deb repo
