I was trying to package BMPx for ppc. (on edgy)
I had that kind of errors:

so i did add libglibmm-2.4-dev in build-deps.
I had same errors.
i tried it on x86, and it did build...
so i think there is a bug in libglibmm-2.4-dev, even if i'm not capable
to point it..
