Public bug reported:
Usplash correctly prompts for the password to mount my encrypted home
partition. But if fsck is run on another disk (eg root) during boot, it
tries to mount the home partition without first setting up the
cryptographic loop device.
The system does not finish booting and drops to a root shell. Rebooting
correctly prompts for the password and mounts the drive.
