I was testing the build and that was the problem.  The upgrade fail so
I formatted my drive and did a vanilla upgrade - my previous
attempt failed because I had way too many changes made to the installation
and too many custom files failed to upgrade correctly.

I was expecting a problem and was almost sure I would have to
reinstall - and i had the time to spare
