Public bug reported:
Firmware for digital tuner "Terratec Cinergy XS Hybrid", which is a
em28xx based tuner.
Reports in dmesg that the firmware file is missing:

The tuner itself appears to be detected OK and it appears as an option
under "Kaffeine"
