Hey Pablo, sorry but the issue is still not solved. But I am buying a new external NL keyboard soon (partly due to this small problem of each time "resetting" the settings again) so in a way that would solve the problem. But just not the bug.
But please understand that the keyboard worked fine under Xubuntu 7.10.
