Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release?

If you still have the problem with the current release, please help us with the
following:
1) Confirm that the disk is mounted before running fsck
2) Specify the package name (jfsutils or e2fsprogs) in the appropriate field
3) Please provide as much detail as possible to help us reproduce the bug
4) More detail on your storage devices (see 'Storage Devices' at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures )

Thanks in advance.
