Thanks for these additional informations. However, the cause of the
problem is still unknown and since I'm not a expert with bluetooth, I
can't ask you more information. At least now the bug is visible and
ubuntu bluetooth team can see it and ask you questions if needed.

So far I've not been able to reproduce the bug except once, while my
cell phone was trying to detect if my computer accept bluetooth transfer
while I was trying to send a file to the cell phone at the same time.
Visibly, my cell phone didn't like that I enabled file transfer support
on my computer while it was scanning, I needed to reboot it. Once
rebooted, Sending to and from the cell phone works flawlessly, each
time.
