Is there a reason to release the fix for Intrepid (the beta version of Ubuntu) before fixing Hardy which not only is the stable release, but a LTS one? I don't mind having the wrong time in a spare box and/or virtual machine being used to test Intrepid, but having the wrong time in my laptop, my desktop, and a server with Dapper at work is really annoying. Is there a recommended workaround for Hardy and Dapper?
