Public bug reported:
Hovering the mouse over the desktop and scrolling it make the workspace
switched is an exciting feature. But it's not exciting any more when it
does that even when I scroll the list in a dialogue window. This turned
out to be that when I hover the mouse over the rectangular border of the
list, scrolling does the same as when I hover it over the desktop.
Although this is a minor error, but it's irritating enough. I hope this
will be fixed in the official release.
