* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeGettext.py:
- translated the empty "" into "" (the qt frontend
may call this on empty strings in translate_widget)
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeQuirks.py:
- make sure to write a final newline in /etc/fstab
when adding the relatime option (LP: #279093)
