The required change cannot be made in debian-installer-utils as it would
potentially break netcfg. This is ok, as the bug does not exist in d-i,
however it means that we'll have to hack --subsystem-nomatch=net on the
end of the calls to udevadm trigger / udevtrigger in update-dev in
ubiquity's build system.
