To make evolution actually send message receipts you have to turn in the
account settings (its under Defaults -> Message Receipts). Sebastien and
I just tested it and its working fine for us. So I will mark this as
"Rejected". If you have Message Receipts turned on and it is still not
working for you feel free to reopen (and provide some details e.g. which
provider you are using, if the message includes the Disposition-
Notification header, etc).
