* Pull an upstream snapshot for BlueZ 4.x compatibility. (LP: #274950)
* debian/rules:
- Add a get-svn-source target for building upstream snapshot
from svn.
* debian/patches/000-test-server-usage.patch:
- Remove, as a variant is now upstream.
* debian/control:
- Add libmagick9-dev as build depends.
- Adjust to local ubuntu bzr until debian svn catches up.
