Public bug reported:
Sometimes, notification icons have a corrupted background.
Ctrl+Alt+F1 then Ctrl+Alt+F7 make the display become correct, but it gets
corrupted again when the icons are reloaded (for example by changing the main
canal for KMix).
It looks a bit like #260102, only this time it's not the icons that are
corrupted but the background.
