* debian/control
- Change build dependency libbluetooth2-dev to libbluetooth-dev.
- Change runtime dependency of libcwiimote-dev from libbluetooth2-dev to
libbluetooth-dev.
* debian/patches/01_fix_build.patch
- Patch to change function name to the corresponding name in bluez 4.x.
