Can you give me an example of a tooltip that would have this effect. I
tested this on Ubuntu 8.04.1 with gnome-screensaver 2.22.2-0ubuntu1 and
even with my cursor on "Applications" (Tooltip: Browse and run installed
applications) the screensaver still came on after being inactive.
