Public bug reported:
I would like to request a backport of subversion v1.4.2 (or later) to
dapper because there are some important bugfixes and nice features since
v1.3.1.
Dapper will be very outdated with subversion in the 5-years-support
without 'safely' backports because subversion releases often.
I know that a server should run without problems and an upgrade is high-
risk. But that people can use dapper-updates and dapper-main and no
dapper-backports.
