To select Central Time Zone, use America/Chicago on the map. At least on
the timezone GUI map, it would be difficult to display every city
possible. If you use tzselect/tzconfig from the shell, it would say
essentially the same thing:
The following information has been given:
United States
Central Time
Therefore TZ='America/Chicago' will be used.
