Please report this issue at http://bugs.kde.org against the product KHTML.
Unfortunately Kubuntu doesn't have the specialists to process this issue
properly, so reporting it to KDE directly makes a lot more sense.
I will make this bug private (unaccessible to non-ubuntu contributors) because
of the page you uploaded, I don't see that much knowledge in a search though ;-)
