Public bug reported:
After upgrading dapper -> edgy, I find that
System->Administration->Networking now gives me an error 'The
configuration could not be loaded. ou are not allowed to access the
system configuration.'. I also get the same error message if I try to
acess the configuration via the network monitor panel applet.
Running 'sudo network-admin' from a command line works as expected.
