i had a problem where could'nt boot into 27-6 until I changed my bios from IDE to AHCI (Vwracer, i had the same problem, try changing your bios from "AHCI" to "IDE". worked for me.) Is it possible that if the drives on any particular machine are not set spot on, 27-6 is quite sensitive.
