I apologize for this late reply.

All quilt patch files have been accepted upstream at 2.0.8.
I felt this to be appropriate freeze exception. 
However, if is not, I agree with waitng for jaunty.

I think that there is no translation update from 2.0.7 to 2.0.9.
It is true that there is a big translation update from 2.0.7 to 2.0.8.
But all translations updated are backed out in 2.0.9.
