Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

Did a partial upgrade and the upgrade stopped and tried to do a dpkg
--configure -as to recvover.
In the terminal I could read that something was blocking dpkg... Is it
packagekit that I have installed at the same time? (I'm not by any means
running packagekit at the same time though).
