Deleted my .local directory, and Konsole re-appeared in the KDE menu. I
don't remember doing anything with the .local directory or the KDE menu
on purpose, but I assume this problem is probably related to some chance
change in that folder and is not a problem that others would face. Sorry
for taking up space here.
