When i shut down my Laptop it gets to "* Shutting down ALSA..."
I then have to wait 5 mins for ALSA to timeout for Shutdown to continue.
No other errors are seen when 'quiet' and 'splash' are removed and
system rebooted.

+ The delay time is roughly 150 seconds between the the shutdown
+ requesting ALSA to shut down and the process timing out.

+ Manages to see some errors on my screen just as it shuts down.. (Screen
+ shot attached.)
