Hi Daniel,
The new version 3.1.2+dfsg.1-0ubuntu1 did the conversion of anti-p2p file or
splist.zip in under a minute.
A note for grencez: I didn't need to install either kdebase (as its
called in kde4) or kioslaves (?) but anyways it worked, here's what I
did to get it running.
a. I downloaded using wget the splist.txt from bluetack
b. Then went to ktorrent > Settings > Configure Ktorrent
c. Went to plugins and checked against IPFilter Plugin
d. Now have another option of IPFilter both in the settings panel as
well as in ktorrent itself.
e. Clicked on IPFilter
f. Checked against Use Peergaurdian Filter
g. Gave the link where the local file is located and then clicked on
download/convert.
h. In less than a minute, the list is converted.
So in essence this bug goes into the blackhole :)
