Public bug reported:
To reproduce,
1. mkdir -p '/tmp/This Hash # is not working'
2. dolphin /tmp
3. try and click on the above path
4. dolphin wouldnt behave well...!!
Now if you move a movie file into that folder and try and open it up
with kaffene for example (any kde app would do). Same story.!

dolphin (sure it is kdelibs) cannot handle paths with '#' in it
