Binary package hint: compiz
I'm on a fresh installation of Ubuntu 8.10 with daily updates. My
graphic card is nVidia GF 7600 GS. Compiz was perfectly smooth with
0.7.7-xxxx. After updating to 0.7.8 there is a general choppyness even
when moving windows. Also I have the feeling that more tearing appeared.
Please ask if more information is needed.
