language-pack-kde-en-base has entry.desktop in /usr/share/locale-
langpack/engb/entry.desktop
It needs to be in /usr/share/locale-langpack/en_GB/entry.desktop
Every language needs an entry.desktop file in /usr/share/locale-
langpack/<lang> is this the case?
